Kids Program
Our Kids Program (6-15 years old) is specifically designed to help the child not only become a well-rounded martial artist, but a well-rounded individual. We believe in teaching to the whole child. Just making them kick and punch is not what Martial Arts is about. Parents are encouraged to be involved in their child’s training. Students are also required to maintain certain standards with their academics. The main principles that we teach the students are focus, self-discipline, self-respect, self-control, and independent thinking.
Adult Karate Program
Our Adult Karate Program is an excellent way to get in shape and learn a lifelong skill at the same time. Everyone always dreams of growing up and being able to defend themselves. Not only will you be having fun doing the classes along with your kids or by yourself in our adult only classes, you will be learning the greatest gift of all SELF-DEFENSE.
Kickboxing Program
The Kickboxing Program is an amazing way to relieve stress and lose weight in a fun, exciting environment. You will melt the pounds away with every punch and kick. Our instructors are here to help you meet your specific goals. We provide a fun and non-threatening environment where everyone has the same goal: GETTING IN THE BEST SHAPE OF THEIR LIVES! Mixed Martial Arts Program
Currently the most popular form of martial arts, MMA combines the skills from kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, and ju-jitsu. Whether you want to get a great workout or are interested in competition, our knowledgeable instructors provide a safe environment to learn these essential skills. Through various drills and sparring excersices the student will aquire a variety of skills required by this dynamic sport.

Tsugiashi Do Jiu-Jitsu System
The Tsugiashi Do Jiu -Jitsu System is an innovative evolution of several traditional oriental martial arts. Dr. S.R. Cohe has been proclaimed by his students as "Soke Sensei" of the system. The term "soke" refers to the heart or center of the family. The literal translation of "Tsugi" (again), "Ashi" (foot), "Do" (the way), reveals the major emphasis of the style. It is indeed, "The Way of the Following Foot".
Cage Fitness ®
Whether you are in great shape, just starting to workout OR if this is part of a past or present New Year’s goal, CAGE FITNESS ® is the perfect combination of fitness and fun. Your workout will include five (5 minute) “rounds” of action that are specifically designed to help tone, strengthen and reduce all the typical problem areas of concerned adults. During the rounds, you will have your own exercise dummy just like the MMA fighters use to train. The combination of cardio muscle toning and band workout is sure to get you in the BEST shape of your life.
Lil' Dragons Program
The Lil' Dragons Program (3-6 years old) is a 35 minute class designed for 3-6 year olds entering a martial arts program for the first time. Children will receive a solid introduction to fundamental techniques such as kicks, blocks, rolls and punches. Instructors place heavy emphasis on building self esteem and confidence while teaching martial arts basics. This class allows children to socialize and learn skills necessary for transition into school.
